Services Include: Manuscript Critique: Editors will give you feedback on items that will help improve your overall story. (Rate: $17.50/hr. – Pace: 5-10 pages/hr.) Comprehensive Edit/Line Edit: Address structural issues including writing style and language. (Rate: $30/hr. – Pace: 1-6 pages/hr.) Copyediting: Review spelling, grammar, and punctuation; look for internal inconsistencies throughout the text. (Rate: $25/hr. – Pace: 3-7 pages/hr.) Proofreading: We'll conduct the final step in your editing process looking for any awkward page breaks and light copyediting. (Rate: $20/hr. – Pace: 5-10 pages/hr.) Developmental Editing: Assistance with writing process, development and organization of the book, characters, story line, pace, etc. (Rate: $40/hr.)
